Kathy and Earl Beaman started Beaman Land & Home Sales, Inc. in 1990 as a full service real estate brokerage firm and a builder/dealer for Huntington Homes.

Earl owned and operated Beaman Lumber, Inc., a softwood lumber mill, for over thirty years. During that time, in addition to the mill, he bought and sold hundreds of tracts of land, built numerous houses, for both himself and his family, as well as for outside customers, and developed several housing developments. Always having a love of iron, he put his various pieces of heavy equipment to work doing the site work for Hinsdale Greyhound Park, Applewood Nursing Home and various other projects, large and small. Earl is in charge of all site work, including the installation of septic systems and the overseeing of construction on all jobs.

Kathy was a Realtor for Century 21 before starting BLHS with Earl. She holds a Broker's license in New Hampshire and South Caroline. Having a love of design, she has custom designed homes for her customers for the last ten years, using innovative ideas to take them out of the modular home genre. She is a Certified Green Professional (NAHB) and a certified kitchen designer (NKBA).

Kathy is in charge of sales, design and on-site detailing for the new homes.
