Dear George:

In November of 2008, Dan and I decided to relocate to the Winchester, NH community, wanting to be closer to our precious granddaughter. Our task was to find land, and find a reputable builder of modular homes. Over the next 8 months, we did extensive research and visited many manufacturing facilities. During our search, we met Kathy and Earl Beaman.

After buying land from Kathy and Earl, we needed to find the "right" house for us. That was when Kathy recommended PBS. We attended our first PBS Open House and knew that we had found the right team. The tour amazed us and was complete, covering all aspects of home building and showing cabinet choices, bathrooms, heating, insulation, etc. We also had the pleasure to meet you, George.

Over the next eight months, we looked and looked and looked at our house plan, working with both Kathy and the PBS team on what would work and what was not for us. We made several visits to the PBS facility while our house was under construction. Each visit brought more excitement and pleasure with the work that was being performed at PBS.

Finally,, our dream came true. Today, June 15, 2010, our house made the trip from Claremont to Winchester. What a sight to see our house rounding the corner and watching it, so carefully, make its' way to the awaiting crane and set crew. We watched with such pride and excitement as a skillful team of experts, those being the set crew, crane operator, you and the Beamans, delivered and assembled our house with ease and efficiency.

By the end of the day, Dan and I, plus you and Kathy and Earl, entered our magnificent house and were amazed at the final product that the PBS team had built for us. We cannot thank you and the PBS team enough for your assistance, assembly and delivery of our home. Everyone even remotely associated with our house needs to hear our "Thank You". From the beginning to the final product, all persons involved did an outstanding job and should be praised.
Our job now begins, that being the final finishing touches to an already beautiful house.

In closing, Dan and I want to again say "Thank You" to all who in some way made our dream come true. Also, we are extending the viewing of our to PBS and The Beaman Group so that others may see what a quality house looks like.

We chose The Beaman Group for our kitchen and master bath remodel. Kathy was able to replace our tired, non-functional 80's kitchen with a fantastic space that meets all our needs and is completely beautiful.
